This fantastic holiday home is located directly behind the beautiful harbor of Stavenisse. It was built in 2020 and is luxuriously furnished. The holiday home offers plenty of space and atmosphere and you will certainly lack nothing. Prepare a delicious meal with family and friends in the designer kitchen, while the children entertain themselves in the activity room with table tennis or in the living room with various board games. There is also a smart TV in the living room and the ground floor bedroom. After an active day, the sauna offers relaxation. The 5 bedrooms are extra large and have their own storage space, with one of the bedrooms even having a walk-in closet. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds. The 3 bathrooms feature a luxurious rain shower, toilet, and sink. The shower in one of the bathrooms has massage jets. The holiday home has a utility room with washing machine, dryer, and extra small kitchen. The holiday home has a very large terrace, nicely furnished with play equipment and garden furniture. To complete the inventory, there is also a lounge set, parasol, and charcoal barbecue. The property is well fenced with a 180 cm fence, making it ideal for a stay with pets. Moreover, the watery surroundings are perfect for walks with your dog.

Just a few steps from the front door, you are on the water in the harbor of Stavenisse. There is also a small sandy beach nearby. Another advantage is that the supermarket, restaurant, and cafeteria are all very easily reachable on foot. A charging station for two electric cars is 150 m away. A filling station for diving tanks is 700 m away. Enjoy your holiday in the beautiful surroundings of the Oosterschelde, the largest national park in the Netherlands.

The infrared sauna offers a relaxing experience, the sauna is located in the garage of the house.

We hebben een fijn weekend doorgebracht in dit huis. Prima slaapkamers en ruime keuken en huiskamer. De pingpongtafel viert ook in de smaak. Alles was lekker fris.
